“Planner's School” is two day workshop addressing the fundamentals of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. Planner’s School has been co-developed with eminent maintenance educationalist and industry consultant, Dr Bob Platfoot of Covaris.

The program has a central focus on theory as well as participative and interactive exercises, case studies, benchmarking, and networking with other Planners in your region. Places in each course are limited to 30 for maximum impact and interaction.

Areas covered include: Elements of a maintenance system, maintenance plans, maintenance schedules, transitioning form breakdown to planned maintenance, job estimating, scoping and link to budgetary process, shutdown planning and KPI’s.
